As a small, self-funded publication, we truly appreciate your support and patience. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and order weight.

International Orders
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

We offer local pickup options in the Los Angeles and Philadelphia regions, as well as at select event locations throughout the year.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the nature of independent print production and limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to help. Please email us at duvuproduction@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including:
– Your order number
– Clear photos of the damage
– A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or solution if eligible.
